I use the "shoe box" (can order them on usps.com for free) I wrap each egg in bubble wrap, Put in egg carton, put paper/plastic bags to fill the space so no movement. You can do this for up to 12 eggs. The shipping for 11 eggs was $7. I find it better then using the flat rate boxes. The medium size would not fit the whole egg carton for $10.

I only ship bantam eggs at the moment.

I wrap each egg in a quarter piece of paper towel then lay 4 end to end on a sheet of bubble wrap. I roll it up tight(using the entire sheet) and tape the ends. I put my 'rolls' in the box on top of paper/bags/whatever I have and pack more tightly all around them. I can fit up to 24 eggs per large priority mail box. Shipping is usually around $7-8.

Great prices. Ebay they are wanting twice that in shipping. I also wonder most e bay bids are just for 4 or 6 eggs. WIth the high % of shipping damage seems like you would want a few more eggs,. Just in case.

Hi! Shipping for 16 bantam eggs (2 lbs 4 oz) was $8.47. Shipping for 32 LF eggs (5 lbs 3 oz) was $10.36 --- same method, same #7 USPS Priority box.
