How do you store your eggs?

How does everyone store their eggs? Just wanting to work out a storage plan before I start getting eggs.
How do you ensure you are eating the older eggs prior to the newer ones?
Would love photos an ideas.

Mine are washed and in egg cartons in the frig, with oldest on the left, always. Some people don't either wash or refrigerate their eggs, and use one of those cute spiral 'egg keepers' on the kitchen counter. I like the refrigerator!

I want to refrigerate mine. We also have buyers for our eggs as soon as they start laying so I want to make sure they are as fresh as possible.
Do you date yours?

Ohhh great idea. I just thought anything I can buy to prepare for when they do lay ill start doing that now.

I use an egg skelter...this is an inexpensive plastic one that comes disassembled and snaps together, it can be made double this height, when I took the pic, I had less chickens:

I should date mine, but I don't. I'm getting fifteen to twenty eggs per day, so it's not that important, IMO.

I write my collection date in pencil on each egg. It works great for me and if I sell or gift any they always know when they were collected.

I keep mine in this thing (can’t recall what it’s called) the older eggs are kept in the back and used first.
