How do your birds show they like you?
Mine scratch my shoes when I don't have food on me.

Mine always just run towards me whenever I go out to see them. Some are friendlier than others and will stand at my feet and enjoy being picked up

My hens won't crouch down. They just dash away

When they crouch down it means they want to mate. Mine do not do this since I have roosters.

Mine will jump up and down when they see me and will often jump up and sit on my lap to be petted.

I have this window thats the perfect height for them. Its fun to toss their snack

Personally, my chickens more or less tolerate me, with my rooster strongly advising me not to wear pink or unfamiliar footwear, both of which he strongly opposes

Your rooster has strong preferences!! I bet he has favorite footwear
