How far do you live from Walmart?

There is no Wal-Mart in Cannon Co, so we have to go to the boro 20 miles, or warren co 20 miles other way, the only thing we have in woodbury is Super Dollar or piggley wiggley, and P/W is to expensive on a fixed income, I have to buy my chicken feed at the local co-op, no choice.

We are like mdbucks, the closest one is about 1 mile and they just branch out from there. They are literally everywhere. We also have a Kmart that has been here since before I was born and I try to go there when I can. The whole buying from China thing irks the heck out of me but they all do it. We as a nation need to quit griping about it and do something. :|

Twenty miles to the closest Walmart, but the others are all about 50+ miles away. People around here have huge objections to them. It is the cheapest place around here though, so we have to shop there. We only make a trip into town once a week, so that means we only have to go to Walmart once a week, but it is usually a $200+ trip there, then we go to the feed store that day too.....

Yea, Super Wallyworld! Your one stop shop unless you own chickens! 25 miles away and there is only one (1). Unfortunately I do shop there but only because it is less expense than the Safeway (1) & Albertson's (2). Little Helena does not have distribution centers for any of these retailers so everything is shipped in adding to the cost. I guess this would be my only negative thought about small town life! Maybe that will be on their "to do list" while their on this growth spurt!

4o miles. Hello from Canada, I hate Walmart, but like alot of you still go there 2 or 3 times a year. I had an email one time that said if Walmart is still lowering their prices, why isn't everything free!!!
This is the year to NOT buy anything 'Made In China'. I have put many items back on the shelf when I see where is comes from. We have a mushroom factory about 120 miles away, and yet we have to buy Money's mushrooms, canned, from China. So only fresh from now on. Also bought a jar of baby dills that came from India, and I know we can grow cucumbers here. Just crazy, this whole trade thing.
