How I produce Hens that look like my rooster?

How do I get hens to look like my Rhodebar rooster? Breeding him to RIR?

Best thing with 100% chance of producing chicks like him will be to breed him with a hen that looks just like him which is rhode x barred hen. If you breed him with a RIR hen then the chicks could be like him or mom or mostly some new different hybrid colored.
