That humidity is awfully high. I followed instructions with my first batch and had my humidity around 50-60 percent and had a dismal hatch with a lot of curled toes. After that I followed the advice of people here on the board and kept humidity down around 30% and have had much better results. I just finished a hatch from shipped eggs and got 52 chicks out of 60 eggs.No I haven't. I'm not sure how to find it. Temp is 99.5-100 nurture right 360. Humidity 75

No problem. I think you will have to assist. I'm guessing they shrink wrapped somehow and are stuck.
