How Important Is Senior Prom?

The guy I was dating said he didn't want to go, just wanted to be friends, so we didn't.

TWENTY FIVE years later, he still hears about it!

I never went to any dances at all (except one at West Point, USMA) and I turned out sort of okay....

It is fun to see co-worker's daughter get all worked up over dress selection these days.

because its a special night for all seniors to get together and have a good tine together b/c u may never see them again. and a lot of people feel that many sexual activities may take place that night lol
on the contrast it may be be important to people with friends but not important to people with few friends. its all about the social event in itself.Prom Dresses 2011

I skipped it.Graduated 6 months early and skipped the ceremony for that.Been many years and I have no regrets. Have fun no matter what you decide to do!
