100 miles was an exaggeration folks. Just making a point on getting back to basics. Can't bring a lot of groceries home on a bike with inclement weather to boot.

The problem with all the broken body parts is because of the English saddle!

Western's the only way to go for long distance riding (experienced in this myself).

But that's another forum for debate!

You can't tell me that a horse and buggy is going to be as dangerous as a three-day eventing, that's just ludicrous! three-day eventing is like suicide on a horse... you have to expect injury, and insanity with it. I personally think all the 3-dayers are insane, completely insane.

I can't wait to get a buggy, we used to drive our halflinger X and he loved it.

While Americans are working their butts off to just get by, the "walk ins" are getting seed money to start business, food stamps, housing, college benefits, social security benefits, childcare and job training for near to nothing!
