How is my coop ventilation for winter

I added some baffles and removed the the pieces of board I have on the outside. I still need to to get some hardware cloth. I also moved the waterer outside. How to things look?

You're making good progress.

Once you've got the coop finished you might want to use some scrap material to make a shelter for the feed and water.
Yes, I need to figure that out. I am slight worried about it for the winter...
The feeder is pretty well covered. Snow might drift in, but I can throw some scrap wood on that front side to fix that....
Finding a good spot for the waterer that is still accessible is what I am trying to figure out

I could write a tome on what I consider to be all the unnecessary "improvements" people have talked you in to, but I don't want to start a "flame" war.
What I would highly suggest is elimination of the heat lamp. Major cause of fires in coops.
If you feel heat is needed, I strongly recommend Sweeter Heaters. Might be a little pricey, but energy savings will pay for them in one season, two at most.

What part of the world am I in: I live in Utah, SLC
Dimensions of the coop (feet by feet is really helpful): Coop is a 5x6 Internal
How many birds live in the coop: I have 5 birds
Ages of the birds: Less then a year (bought April 2020)
Breeds of the birds: 2 Sex links and 3 Rhode Island Reds
Whether they have a protected run so they don't get forced to stay in the coop during storms: Open run (no cover) that is about 5x20 but they free rang in that backyard
Here are some pics of the coop:
More ventalation is better than not enough.. Chickens wear a down vest.. maybe you're not old enough to remember this.. They were warm and cozy all winter. Wish I still had one..
