How is the silver dilution gene expressed?

I have 2 solid black silkie roosters with silver in their hackle feathers. Is this the silver dilution coloring? They are both from a lavender silkie rooster and a lav split silkie hen. These two do not have any lavender fluff anywhere, just solid black with the blue-green sheen in their tail and wing feathers. I have hatched lavender, black, blue and lav-split babies from this pair but have never gotten any babies with this coloring. Also have a young blue cockrel with the same silver in his neck feathers from this lavender rooster.
While both of the black roosters are very striking in appearance what do I sell them as? They are not all black. Same with the little blue. Any information will be much appreciated.
