How is this introduction going? (video)

My "older" girls (17-18 weeks old) are meeting their new 15 week old mates. I'm not sure how introductions usually go so I'm yielding the floor to the experts. Please tell me how they're doing.

I would say it is going ok but no matter what you do they will always pick on the small ones I would keep them separated until the pullets are big enough to hold their own they will have to astablish the pecking order.
