How is your flock today?

Well, tomorrow is chick day! There is a (not so) slight change in plans out of my control. Instead of 5 Blue Australorps pullets, she only has 2. (Mine! Mine!) So I'm getting those and 2 Jubilee Orpington pullets.

She said that they have been having trouble with hatches, and that it's not just her, it's a lot of places. The birds make it to internal pip, then quit. She said someone jokingly said it might be all the 5G towers, but now they're looking into that as a possible real cause. Anyone heard anything about that?

I guess 2 of the Blue Australorp's are better then none, considering how long that you were looking for some of those.

I don't know if it could be those tower's or not, but it would be interesting to learn what they find out.

It's been really hard
I can empathize with you, and would also feel absolutely awful if we had to rehome any of our animals. My heart goes out to you and hopefully one day soon you can start over. Please don't get discouraged and keep us posted. :hugs

I won't have my own for a very long time. It's a really long story, but I might get to live with them again eventually.

Please remember one thing...... Good will always come out of a bad situation. We may not understand it at the time, but trust me....... I am proof it really works out that way in the end! :ya:yesss:
