That's so awesome, Congrats!I just ordered my Nurture Right 360 and it should be here on Saturday.
We have a few of our ducks that lay a very nice large egg compared to our chickens. I hope to try baby ducklings next spring, to late in the year for me to be starting that project. LOLIt is easy to put the egg on the attached light. You still have to hold it and not drop it! Big duck eggs are easy to hold. I would rather hatch a large egg, to grow up into a hen that will lay large eggs!
I am a fan of the big duck eggs. They eat like there is not tomorrow, though! I have a couple of egg customers who only want the duck eggs because they have allergies to chicken eggs. They are happy to give me $8.00/Doz, since at the Farmer's Market here they charge $9.00. I needed more girl ducks, so I hatched these backyard mixes. I will have 4 new layers this fall, duck eggs will be coming out my ears!We have a few of our ducks that lay a very nice large egg compared to our chickens. I have a neighbor down the road who has an awesome pond and he will gladly take all our extra drakes.
I am not saying that there is anything wrong with a good chicken egg, but I do love those larger duck eggs.![]()

I should be sending you our duck eggs. We only ask $2.00 a Doz. for chicken and $3.00 for duck eggs. The money goes back into the girls anyway to help keep them all Healthy and Happy.I am a fan of the big duck eggs. They eat like there is not tomorrow, though!
