how is your home decorated?

My kitchen is done in Tabasco and sparkling clean. My livingroom is done in dirt, muck, pet hair, etc. etc. I HAVE to have a CLEAN kitchen or I will NOT EAT!!! Everything else is just a place to flop down

My bedroom is mission style, I like clean lines. Boys room is done in a space theme with planets, comets etc. The 3rd bedroom is done in an asian theme with kimino fabrics and dolls. Living room is well a wreck, still need to unpack some boxes.

Late 70's ford truck and older tractor parts

I'm working on getting it more modern. Maybe 90's truck parts?

Got the bathroom redecorated. Nice clean lines, darkwood, and tranquil colors. That's what I'd like the rest of the house to look like.

Farm house built in 1860. I would say the furniture is traditional with a smattering of antiques. Lots of dog hair dust bunnies.

Folded laundry on the couch , homework on the kitchen table, dirty laundry in the tub waiting to be washed , a christmas tree in the dining room(maybe tomorrow i'll take it down yeah right) and the kitchen is stuffed full with rooster stuff. Dont open the cloet in the living room or you will be attacked by DHs combat gear and uniforms.

Early Barnyard........
meaning: lots of recycled grass coming off of boots, dog hair, chicken feathers, sand blowing in everytime the door opens, chickens, turkeys and dogs blowing in with the sand if I'm not careful, and sometimes baby animals just as an accent piece.

I guess ours really is "old barn" style. It IS a barn

All of our "hard" furniture is made of reclaimed barn wood, our bathroom is going to be a "tack room" with corrugated steel walls , we have huge old saw blades and other old rusty tools on the walls, and antique wooden crates from miscellaneous Ohio companies to hold our thousands of books. The only thing new is our appliances and linens.

By the way- anybody make & sell quilts? The real deal- you know what I mean. Or refurb old ones? I think we could use some softness in here. PM me if you do!​

but i took the lighted garland from over the windows down last week, I am soo proud of myself. I might keep my Partlite gingerbread house up a bit longer.

The ornaments are off the tree but not boxed yet.
