I had to help her out and she would have been good but due to human error didnt make it through the night.

Sorry to hear that. You will do better next time I have had to help out too, and the advice to not assist is soo strong that it took me a long time to identify where the issues were and intervene appropriately (my humidity was too high so air cells were not supporting the not quick to hatch chicks). Slow and steady, and don't need to do it in one go either, resting the chick/egg can be helpful depending what stage you are helping at.

Yes i took a piece of the shell off about the size of my fingernail and she busted right out on her own.
