How long should a pullet be laying before trying to incubate her eggs?

I have a group of 13, 4 month old pullets that are just beginning to lay. I was wondering how long to wait before attempting to incubate any of their eggs?

Hmm I wonder what others will say. My guess would be when the eggs are a decent size after a couple of months of laying. Their first few eggs are small and hard.

I try to give them at least a month or two. I haven’t had very good experiences trying to hatch those very early eggs. You’ll do better to wait until they’ve had the chance to work out the kinks of egg laying and let the eggs get a little bigger.
