How long to quails last?

Am currently about to get a Cortunix Jumbo Texas Quail about a week old I was wondering how long they can last am getting two females as pets and if they lay eggs every once and a while great but I don’t want to stress them soo.. I won’t be stressing out my quail I just want some as pets

2-3yrs and start laying eggs at 8wks

Hi. They will lay eggs practically every day. Make sure their feed contains around 2.5.% calcium or you can provide crushed oyster shell.The oyster shell you get from pet stores meant for budgies will be fine. It will ensure the egg shells are healthy and strong. Enjoy your birds.
