Mine took from two hours (seriously, he was determined to get out of his shell..) to about 24 for the longest.

Agree..some are fast and some are very slow. Once you see pips, just don't open the bator and they'll be fine as long as your settings are accurate.

Yeah, I've had some of my first pippers be the last hatchers... up to 48 hours!!! But that is the excepton. I usually find pip to hatch is between 6-24 hours.
