How many animals do you have!

My roosters:
1 Black Jersey Giant — Masala
1 Olive Egger — Chili
1 White Leghorn — Big John
1 RIR & New Ham mix — Dinosaur (he was rescued from the street near a fried chicken place)

Tons of chickens!! No names since only my roosters are pets.

5 calves. The 4 males will be food so hubby asked me not to name them. The female’s name is still being decided on, they’re only 2 weeks old. Her face looks like a skull though, her mouth is outlined with black and so are her eyes. Or maybe more like a joker look.

7 guineafowl, only one female, haven’t given them names because I just can’t seem to keep em alive

1 dog — Ryder (rescued from the pound a few years back, best dog ever!!)

and 1 RIP potbelly — Hammy

Here’s a pic since I am sure I did a horrible job at describing her. (The red/orange mark was done by the seller, I think to mark em from male or female). I need to take more pictures of her, this is the only one I have.

@weathergrl — how do you remember all your chickens’ names?? Are they all different breeds? I tried naming my first flock and I put leg bands on them and that worked for a while til they took off the bands since I didn’t snap on correctly after a few weeks. So now no one has names (some of the ones I had named have passed as well).

Yes they are all different breeds. The 1st 5 we got from a neighbor are mixed breed, 1 black pullet, one buff colored pullet, 2 white ones (one pullet & one cockerel) & 1 red cockerel. Then we ordered the "rainbow" pack from a hatchery and got a buff orpington, a cream legbar, RI red, an easter egger, a lakeshore egger (I think) and a white one I haven't been able to identify, they are all pullets.

@weathergrl — ooo I have actually been looking into a rainbow pack from Cackle Hatchery.

I can see how that can be a tad easier to identify and name. I only remember one chicken’s name and that’s Floppy because her comb is so large it flops! At first I thought she was sick, but nope it’s been that way since she matured.

I have a rooster named, little man. A rabbit named ,Bella, who is best friends with little man I have a parakeet named tiki, and I’m getting another very soon! I also have three dogs from an animal shelter their names are, Gracie, Lilly, and Einstein!
