What you have looks about right. What I would consider, though, is a top to that pen to keep out climbing and flying predators. Although your birds will typically spend most of the day in the run, remember that you can get prolonged periods of bad weather and they may not want to be outside in it. So you wouldn't want crowded conditions in the coop either. You have a nice set-up, but I would consider making it more predator-proof first before doing anything else. You're better off with a few happy healthy birds than getting more.
