Just an observation from the sidelines.
These people are not "building" their yurt like they are supposed to be. They have made no effort to ease the situation. I guess they are building their yurt to live next to nature, but evidently your house is more comfy.
Do you really think they are going to take care of your animals when you are gone?
Do you really think you are going to get any useful work out of'em?
Are you really going to trust them?

I got to wonder, in Vermont, in the winter time, where do they go? And why can't they stay their for summer.
