Just ran the stairs 5 times (10? I count up then back down as one) then walked them twice then walked around the kitchen island and hall a bunch but then my legs cramped up 


so then I did 4 lunges and some other various stretches. While I was on the floor I also did 5 leg lift thingies. 
my abs killed me lol
Also after the stairs I was honestly panting and out of breath for a bit.
