i just completed 8 push-ups and 20 squats......going to try for 1 more round before bed! fitbit is the usual workday....between 8 and 10k steps, 19 stairs and 15 active minutes......my active minutes only increase considerably when i do a full workout.....
I think active minutes really help for losing weight.

I want muscles.
