I find "thingies" to be an inherently funny word.

Also, those leg-raise-thingies are pretty fun! Just a quick question, though: Are you supposed to have your legs hanging over the side of the bed or whatever surface you do it one? I just did five, and I keep inching towards the edge when I let my legs down....
I think you’re just supposed to lay flat like on the floor but idk.

i know you’re probably joking again, but yes preferably hard surface and legs never touch surface but rather hold approximately 6” above during active “leg-thingie” lifts
 
i have a feeling you could still do it (with a bit of practice) 😉😉
No, I don't think so. Back then I was benching sets of 150. One shoulder surgery, one clavicle surgery, one back surgery, and 30 years later, I don't think I could do 50 pounds. :hit

:hugs but you’re still one of the byc fitbit queens!! so although you’ve had to modify, you’re still tops as far as activity level!!! (even if not today)
