I think you’re just supposed to lay flat like on the floor but idk.I find "thingies" to be an inherently funny word.
Also, those leg-raise-thingies are pretty fun! Just a quick question, though: Are you supposed to have your legs hanging over the side of the bed or whatever surface you do it one? I just did five, and I keep inching towards the edge when I let my legs down....
