I’ve been abusing my body so much lately.
Staying up all night then downing obscene amounts of caffeine, usually in the evening cause I forgot to drink it sooner, just to try to stay awake during the day, or downing Excedrin because I have a headache from the all nighters, but then I pull more all nighters because I had the caffeine so late and/or run around like a mad woman wearing myself out (not used to doing that), then barely sleeping and doing it all over again the next day.... yeah.... I’m surprised my body hasn’t quit yet
On the brighter side, I have at least been eating healthier lately and forcing myself to eat vegetables and fruits and cook.
But only because I know my body is already so abused otherwise and can’t handle more abuse.![]()
