Well, now I want to experiment.. pudding with egg yolks, and pudding with egg whites!

You need to mix the egg-whites with sugar and beat them until the become fluffy. Then carefully drag them under the pudding mass.

i tried to copy @WannaBeHillBilly and made pasta with ham and scrambled eggs . it was amazing. used a dozen eggs ( lots of leftovers)

Fried up three (yes three!) eggs and dipped my toast in them. Love runny yolks for that!

i made 14 Johnny cakes ( cornbread pancakes) using 6 duck eggs and ate 4 cakes. soooo.. this many
