How many duck eggs did you EAT today?

I got too busy too. - Frantically planting the last plants (still have tomatoes left...) and trying to keep ahead of all the weeds.
Still having my Duck-egg, ham and cheese sandwich almost every morning and there's nothing easier to cook after a long day working than some fried left-over pasta with scrambled dux-eggs.

My recipe says yolks. I think for the extra fat.

Traditional desert puddings are usually made with the yolks, kinda like custard, yes.

Well, now I want to experiment.. pudding with egg yolks, and pudding with egg whites!
