How many duck eggs did you EAT today?

5 dux eggs eaten this morning; 2 for me, 2 given back to the ducks, and just the 1 for my dogs.

Poor doggie!

None yet, but I found my first ever morel mushroom today and intend to have it in a duck egg omelette later!

I am too scared to eat any mushroom that i encounter in the wild as i know nothing about those.

I'm here! I wouldn't trust most mushrooms but morels are so distinctive and I knew what to look for. They do need to be thoroughly cooked though, which I did.

Back to the standard Ham, Cheese, Dux-Egg and Salami sandwich for breakfast. - There were some cracked eggs in the dux-house over the last three days, so Damocles omlet is looming over my stomach…

I once received one of these »grow your own mushrooms« packages as a birthday present. What looked like Champions grew out of it but i was too scared to eat them. Deathcap mushromm, you know…

Had 1 dux egg on my sandwich, and 2 more given back to the ducks. No more for the dogs for now; one’s getting chunky, and another has an upset stomach.

Speaking of mushrooms, I found a gorgeous false parasol today, about a 6 inch wide cap!! Unfortunately, it’s poisonous.. looks tasty, though.
