several years ago when all my ducks were young, and I was getting about 10 eggs a day, I boxed up six dozen and walked around the neighborhood, ringing doorbells, introducing myself to meet my neighbors and sharing some duck eggs with them. These days most people don’t even know who lives around them and I thought it would be a good idea to meet everyone and show kindness because who knows in the future I may need their help. or perhaps they’ll need mine ..but anyway, I thought it was a good idea.

I’ve already hatched my ducks for the year I’ve got them in the fridge for now.

I had duck eggs in the fridge for more than three months and they were still yummy.
