It was 1 degree F and I found one this morning uncracked. Shocked in these temperatures that they are still laying!!!

None. They're all old enough to lay, not molting, and they're all in good condition, but I haven't gotten an egg since mid summer

This may be your problem. This is chicken feed. Not the best nutrition for ducks. You might try Purina duck pellets or flock raiser. Better nutrition for water fowl.
