I got 5 today.

I just was outside visiting my Ducks and there were 2 more soft shelled eggs in the pen. I don't think my Runners are old enough yet so not sure who laid them???

If they start dropping eggs I will be the lucky one of everyone on here. Unlike everyone I will get some fried eggs without having to actually sit there and cook them or clean dishes afterwards. These temperatures are actually low for this time of the year, usually it's around June when it hits.

We are Blessed. We normally don't get more than a 98 degree F in August but with our humidity that is hot. This year we have only had a few days hit 90 so far but August will tell the real story for us. What state are you in??? If you have said I have forgotten. I am in Ohio close to the middle of the state.
