I had a new goose egg in the other nest today. Woohoo. She took to it.
The 28th is the 28th say. So sometime after that. The other goose is still laying but she's starting to act broody. She has 9 eggs. I have two other females that haven't laid an egg yet.
I hate to burst your bubble but chicken wire won't keep out predators.Yep. I'm getting ready to put chicken wire around my 5 acres. Lol
Quote: Trust me. You are not. I'm a country boy. I was born and raised in the sticks. We know all about predators. I trap constantly around my place. I haven't caught a opossum or coon in a long time. I wasn't trying to keep anything out. I'm trying to keep stuff in.
