How many eggs did you get in February?

Considering my 11 production reds just started laying Dec 30, I guess I'll have to assume that 236 for February isn't too shabby for their second full month of laying. Now if they will just get to laying those XL eggs they're supposed to I'll be quite happy...

Fried, scrambled, omelets, deviled, boiled, and soon I'll be trying home made mayonnaise. Anyone else find creative new dishes for extra eggs? Thank God for neighbors and family. At least these pets pay for themselves.

I have 6 pullets and got 130 eggs from them in February. I am not looking forward to my next cholesterol check.

With 3 of my 4 hens laying in February, I averaged 2-3 eggs a day... now that the 4th is laying, I get 3-4 eggs a day.
