7 eggs, including a double yolk, from 8 hens.
Neighbors dog got into our yard and attempted to "check out" our chickens, but our dog fought him off. The hubby heard all the commotion & went out to see what was going on & the other dog ran home. Our chickens are safe! Yeah, the loyal dog saved the day! And all was good in the kingdom (LOL).

Nice coop. We are still working on our 2nd coop. The rain keeps delaying progress. I am hoping to get a lot done tomorrow.
