How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I have two cuckoo marans pullets that I don't think are laying yet; their and wattles are still small and pink. I have a third hen (mystery bird... we think ameraucana wyandotte mix. Maybe some delaware) who finally layed today. I checked my coop thoroughly yesterday and there was nothing, but this evening I found not one, but TWO small, pinkish brown eggs in a little nest made just outside the nesting box! ( one egg was a little bigger than the other but neither were remotely close to a dark brown egg) Is it possible for her to give me two eggs in one day? Especially so early?

Alright my Spangled Orloff's really pulled one off today with 1 egg each for a total of three egg's now the only surprise about this is it snowed on Mt McKinley last night and that mountain is only twenty miles to the north as the crow fly's and as it was rather warm when I fell asleep watching TV with the front and back door open to let the breeze pass through the house but then I woke up at four in the morning and the temp had dropped from the low 90's to the mid 40's oh wow the cold gave me such a head throb that I had most of the day but it did get back in to the mid 60's by the end of the day ,,,,

Oh I also forgot to set my clock back wow did it get dark early

The snow melted off of Mt. McKinley this morning and by 10 AM the temp was back up to 75 F and the girls produced 5 egg's for me
