How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Complete goose egg. I mean not one egg in 2 days. We were getting on average 6 a day.. Then nothing????

They keep laying all over the coop floor, What should I do? I have a ceramic egg in their nesting box. =(

I don't understand the pattern to posting the egg count.

But here is today's count:

14 eggs out of 27 layers

7 brown eggs (6 red stars, all lay an egg daily, I do not know who layed number 7, but probably a SLW)
2 blue eggs (one from an Easter egger, one from a Cream Legbar)
5 white eggs (All 5 White Leghorns lay daily)
3 days worth of eggs, I've been busy, so I've been collecting them, putting them in the basket and putting the basket in the fridge.

Well the egg count is finally going up to two a day after some dogs got into the yard and killed some chickens a couple of weeks ago but two a day is better then zero ......


Temp's 60 degrees for the last couple of weeks ......

4/4 yesterday and 5/4 the day before. Pretty sure I had a late layer the night before, missed it in the morning (5:30am) and saw it at night (6:30 pm). I only have 1 EE, LOL
