29/39/42 some of my older hens are taking long breaks

That's why some of my older hens became soup. One way or another, they have to contribute to their keep: organic feed is expensive!

Wasn't prepared to open the coop today and find eggs, I had been putting off putting their best boxes in... I'm not sure how long these have been in the coop, but I might put them in their new best boxes to encourage the other ladies. I'm so excited!!!! I have 6 19wk old RSL...

FYI. Those are "nest" boxes, although your girls may decide that one or two are the "best" boxes.
