I got 18 out of my 19 Gold Comet pullets!!! Hard ice crust everywhere but inside their run. The Gals are real troopers!!! Gotta love 'em!

9/23 back down to 23 again. My brother came to visit for an early Chritsmas, ao I gave him 2 of my gals. I've got more getting ready to start soon so I'll be back up in numbers before I know it.

I got 12 from 16 hens (Araucanas and rhode islanders)....my Texas girls are not used to cold winters and we are having one. I have 80 new chickies in separate hen house, 9 weeks and growing like weeds (Red Stars and Araucanas)...eggs in April!!
