5 of 6 today. And gave my chicks a new brooding pin. Rubber tubs only last so long for a growing set of six.

17 eggs today! worked out in the yard today. Started rehabing a coop to make it more useful.

4 eggs from the control group

3 eggs from the free range chickens

Temp 67F degrees with 40 MPH winds all day

These geese eggs were uncovered in the front yard and I did not have any idea the eggs were there and I was worried the girls were not even producing this year ...








Another EE nest was uncovered by the fierce winds 13 total were in the nest

and there is no more room in the incubator

A total of 7 eggs collected and one chicken nest blown into view and 7 goose eggs so I believe that makes 27 eggs for the day ...

Make an easy incubator. Go grab an old foam cooler, a heat lamp, a temp/humidity gauge and some water bowls and there you have a new incubator for your lovely eggs
