3 more eggs, again today. I tossed a slug into the run on my way out and the "Chicken chase" began!

I have a new layer today. And it's her 5 month bday also. I have 6 others that should be right behind her.

combined count of today and yesterday 11/13, 13 eggs under 2 broody hens. 3/4 and no pullet, quail or guinea eggs yet.

I got 7 but 1 was broke. Lots of rain today.

5 eggs from the control group

6 eggs from the free ranging chickens

1 goose egg

I think I an going to put a few peaches in the blender and add the goose egg and then add some mixings and have some waffles in the morning

Got a two week old Turkey at the feed store today and it is in the brooder till I see how it is doing before it gets its own coop ....


Once he calms down I will get a photo and post it

He came out this morning all happy and running around

The other two I put in with him had stopped before hatching
