I got 7 out of 11 in one pen but 8 are pullets and all have not started to lay yet. In my SS pen 0 out of ?....Only 2 mature hens so still waiting on the young. This hard freeze has frozen everything even the tops of ponds. This just ain't right for MS.

1/23 again today. I have 2 hens laying, but just not on the same days. The one that laid today was the first hen to start molting way back when, so maybe that means the rest aren't far behind. I still don't know what the problem is with my sex-links and other youngin's as they aren't molting, just lazy I reckon. Maybe some of you guy's sex-links are cousins of mine and can get together with the plan on what to do to make eggs this time of the year, as I'm confused. I've never not gotten some eggs as I always have some young layers at this time of the year to cover for the molters,IDK?
