ONE. It was my very first ever and I am so excited.

My girls will be six months old Feb 24th and we are getting four to six eggs a day!! We have five RIR, two Easter Eggers, and one wyondotte.

I am thinking about getting some bantams

18 today still don't know how many are producing as of yet but still seeing more new faces everyday either laying or practicing laying

Last four days including today have been 6/8. Yesterday we found two soft shellers busted underneath the roost. All of this flock is laying now, just pretty sporatic still.

My girls might as well have hitched a ride to FL for winter with someone that went down.......they seem to be on winter break.

10/10 yesterday & the day before. My hens have laid 7-10 everyday all winter. They will be a year old the end of March.

I have been getting two per day since last Monday from my two older girls. I have 4 younger girls who should be laying in about two or three weeks. My 16 year old son is eating them as quick as the girls lay them. He says they are rich tasting. What a joy to me that he is so into these chickens.
