I have one EE that has layed a good dozen now stopped her coop mate a cochin is broody in her broody coop

My last EE still hasn’t laid an egg and she is past 42 weeks! I’m going to give her 10 more weeks then call it quits for her.

I've had a few hens who didn't start laying until they were around a year old. Most of them were never very good layers though. I have a year old leghorn who just recently started laying and she's already slowing down

4 today. I went to the farm store today and they were out of the dewormer I wanted, so now I’m going to have to order it online.

I will try to get things at our feed store

Amazon is my next stop. I was hoping the feed store would have it since I had to go anyway, but this just means it’ll be a couple of extra days until I can treat anybody
