How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

6 outta 6 for today. I'm surprised all the artillery blasts last night didn't break their eggs before they layed them

Several years ago I had a neighbor who lived up on the hill behind me... he and his sons would go out and shoot off LOTS of fireworks. But now that his kids have grown up and moved away it's pretty quiet here on the 4'th.

I lost count, it’s at least 16 out of 20. My last Leghorn pullet laid her first egg today! Now I’m just waiting on two more Wellies and three Ameraucanas to start.

My last EE to lay (43 1/2weeks) has settled into laying a blue egg. That’s the first EE I’ve had that lays a blue one. All the others I’ve had lay various shades of green. They are fun birds to have.

You tell me, do I count this as 11 or 12?

I SWEAR I have not modified anything, this is how I found the egg. Last I saw the plastic egg yesterday the 2 halves were connected together. I've sometimes found the girl's egg in ONE end but sandwiched in between?

Nope, can’t count the plastic egg. If plastic eggs count then my golf balls count too.
