I hate putting them in jail but they're so mean to the other girls! They screech and scare everyone else away from the boxes. I don't even have any roosters so it isn't like they're doing anything useful in there.

I didn’t have a rooster last summer and felt exactly the same way. I actually have a rooster now so she could get some happiness out of hatching a few babies and she can tend to them instead of me.
