How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I recently had to do that, two of them ended up in the stew pot. Some here will cry, give me angry emoji's ... whatever, but at the end of the day, I am NOT going to put up with birds who are more trouble than their are worth. I have seen that too, especially with broody ones, they will be in there, and one other needs to lay an egg, the broody happens to be in the 'favorite corner' or whatever, a small kerfluffle and during the event, an egg gets stepped on and broken. I can understand an occasional break, and to be honest, would rather they ate them than totally just gone to waste,but that's a fine line between an oops and. hey... these ain't too bad, lets do a few more...
