Yesterday was 2, but today was 4! Two more pullets laid for the first time today.

figured out which eggs come from my sussexes. now i need to figure out what color comes from everything else

Got my very first egg today!!! Chickens were making weird noises , ran out to coop to make sure nothing attacking them. I found 1 girl staring at me from the top of the storage hutch I have their food and shavings in. There it was!

Today I got two from the pullets who have been laying a few weeks. And I "think" I got an egg from someone new today. It was a softshell dropped from the roost during the night. The two pullets who laid their first egg yesterday didn't lay anything today but I don't think either of them laid the soft one.
