I was pleasantly surprised this afternoon when I found a seventh egg for the day. This is the first time in many weeks that I got 7 out of 7. I guess the girl that went through a bit of a stress-induced molt decided it was time to start pulling her weight again. LOL

6 of 9 today. Turned into 5 when I dropped one on the kitchen floor.

Reds eggs turned colors the other day. She’s a French copper maran, laid 2 light brown eggs with dark spots, then they turned dark brown with even darker spots. (Yes it’s the same chicken 100percent) and Jetsam laid her first today. Little tiny olive egg.
