Tropical Storm Debby eggs: 8 Wednesday and 8 again Thursday.
In between all the flash flood warnings and the tornado warnings, I was torn between building the ladies an ark or getting their ruby slippers ready.
Kidding aside, I hope everybody affected was safe.

We have a very squishy backyard, and one big branch came down.

The trees and branches stayed put, fortunately. The power stayed on surprisingly. I suppose the worst thing was chasing the dogs out to do their business. All 3 hate even getting their feet wet and we're in the middle of potty training a 14 week old behemoth named Betty.

Cleo hates any type of precipitation...

...even with a raincoat, but at least she can't shake water all over us afterwards!

First time in quite a while, a full boat. 6 eggs from 6 hens, all nice quality and laid in the nest. They must've liked the new bedding in the box.
